“Studying Fashion in Florence: the capital of Made in Italy”
A Polimoda lecture by Niccolò Sbaraglia
Florence, globally known as “the Cradle of Renaissance”, is also the birthplace of Italian Haute Couture since the 1950s.
Since then, Florence also became one of the most exclusive global luxury production districts in the world, holding the production of the “best quality” items for most top international brands, as well as being a hub for fashion buyers, merchandisers, designers and a reference for important glocal fashion events.
This is the context in which Polimoda was established back in the ‘80s by the local Fashion Industry to give answer to the need of growing the next generations of fashion professionals and leaders.
This 45-minutes presentation lecture given by Niccolò Sbaraglia, an industry insider with extensive experience and knowledge of the sector, will explain the meaning of the opportunity to study at Polimoda and how it can get you started in your career in the Fashion Industry.
The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session with the audience.
